Artworks
All artworks are created solely by Ingrid Baars either as original or in limited editions as specified on the website of the Artist (www.ingridbaars.com) and /or by DM on Instagram. Production of a purchased artwork starts immediately after the purchase price is paid in full as per instructions on the website.

Title and Risk
Once the purchase price is paid in full and you are in receipt of the artwork, you are the legal owner of the artwork and risk shall pass to you and you shall be responsible for the risk of loss or damage to the goods. Where appropriate, you should make necessary arrangements to insure the goods.

Ownership of the Artwork Copyright
It is the Artist’s expectation that the artwork will not be purchased for resale and will be retained by you for your own personal enjoyment. Copyright in the artwork remains the property of the Artist. You may not produce any image of the artwork and may not, at any time, publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of the artwork to any third party, including any internet website for any purpose except with total consent of the Artist.

Shipping
All International orders will be well-packed and shipped free of charge to the Buyer with insurance and tracking number via FEDEX. A customs fee may be needed before it can be delivered and will not be covered by the shipping cost. Framed artworks will be packed crate-style, unframed artworks will be shipped rolled on a tube packed in a professional rectangular cardboard box.

Return policy
I stand by my work and want you to be absolutely satisfied. If for some reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, please reach out so that we can discuss how best to remedy it. In the unfortunate event that your purchase arrives damaged from shipping, please contact me immediately and I will make arrangements for a replacement. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the Buyer.

Damaged Artwork
If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately. To avoid accidentally damaging your edition, for example if a work is unframed, leave all unpacking and handling of the artwork to a trusted professional framer or art handler. If you notice damage upon unpacking your artwork contact us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images of the damage. If we find that the artwork was damaged in transit we will endeavor to replace the artwork.

Refund Policy
When a purchase price of an artwork is paid in full or as installment, Purchaser enters into an obligation to acquire the ordered artwork. Each payment is considered a final purchase and refunds are not provided nor are reversal of credit card payments. Any dispute that may arise in the purchase of an artwork can be solved by contacting me directly.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Netherlandish law. Disputes arising in connection with this legal notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

Delivery Time

When an artwork is paid in full, production will start immediately and will take one week for unframed artworks and 2 weeks for framed artworks.
All shipments are by FEDEX (see Shipping) and will take one week.
Consequently unframed artworks will be delivered within 2 weeks and framed artworks within 3 weeks.
